High School Pitching Clinics
Pitchers in 9th to 12th Grade – Limit 6 pitchers per group
Sessions start 11/24 and end 2/14 – Please note the various starting dates
There are 5 High School Sessions to choose from – each session is 75 minutes of hands on instruction with an additional 15 minute post throw/arm care routine (90 minute classes)
3 days per week cost: $2,200
2 days per week cost: $1,600
Session 1: MWF 4:00 – 5:15 pm
Session 2: MWF 5:15 – 6:30 pm
Session 3: M, W 8:00 – 9:15 pm
Session 4: Tue/Thu 4:00 – 5:15 pm THIS CLINIC IS CLOSED
Session 5: Tue/Thu 8:00 – 9:15 pm THIS CLINIC IS CLOSED
Session 6: Tue/Thu 5:15 – 6:30 pm
Weekly Makeup Session: Saturday’s 11:00 am – 12:15 pm

Clinic Details:
This comprehensive clinic is designed to help pitchers develop toward their full potential. Personal plans will be implemented to improve velocity, command and secondary pitches to help each pitcher work toward achieving their goals on the mound.
Throwing Progression – 3 weeks of progressive ramping up to higher intent throwing. There will be a heavy focus on mechanics. High concentration on developing athleticism. All drills are working towards perfecting delivery. Guidelines for arm care for both pre and post throwing is emphasized.
Developmental Blocks focusing on Velocity, Pitch design and Command. Each pitcher will work toward improving the skill they need to reach their goals for the upcoming season and their future baseball career.
Mound Blending Phase – We will be transfering the developmental blocks to the mound.
Bullpens – Pitchers will progressively advance their workload to put them in the best possible position for success leading up to the start of their high school season.

Michael Cunningham pitched at Wagner College. Currently coaches at Complete Game of PA
Middle School Winter Pitching Clinic
This clinic is for Pitchers in the 7th & 8th Grades – We are limiting the group to 6 pitchers
Cost: $600
Clinic Session 1 runs on Mondays from 7:00 – 8:00 from December 1 – February 23
Clinic Session 2 runs on Thursdays from 7:00 – 8:00 from December 1 – February 23
No Sessions on 12/25 or 1/1

Clinic details:
The Middle school pitching program is focused on development of the complete pitcher. Efficient movement in the delivery to get each pitcher to move as safely and effectively as they can to develop into high level pitchers are the number 1 goals of this program. A strong focus on ground force development, trasfer of energy through the core and connecting an efficient arm spiral to develop healthy and effective pitchers. Arm care protocols and practical routines will be established to promote healthy high level pitchers. Pitch design and command sessions will help our middle school pitchers develop the skills needed to be successful this coming season and at the high school level.
