Winter All Sports Training Camps
Middle School Athletes
9 Week Session – January 3 – March 3
Trainer – Coach Vince Terry
Classes are grounded in improving speed, agility, and body control. Athletes will be walked through a warmup, speed and agility program, and strength circuit during each training session. Workouts are designed with the intent to develop an athlete’s ability to control their body through a variety of movement patterns to maximize their athletic development.
Monday and Wednesday
5:00 – 6:00 pm
Tuesdsay and Thursday
5:30 – 6:30 pm
No makeup sessions are planned for this camp.

Registration and Policies
- Clinics offered 2x per week starting January 3rd will have 18 planned sessions
- 100% REFUND TO A PARTICIPANT UP TO THE START DATE OF THE CLINC
- 100% REFUND, IF THE CLINIC IS CANCELED PRIOR TO THE START DATE OR IN WEEK 1
- IF MORE THAN 50% OF THE CLINIC IS CANCELLED, THERE WILL BE A 50% REFUND
- IF LESS THAN 50% OF THE CLINIC IS CANCELLED, THERE WILL NOT BE A REFUND
- Please request make up sessions with the coach during the 9 week camp
- NO PRORATIONS
